Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and 0-Doubt for use of 0-Doubt at 0doubt.ai and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Accounts tied to a company, including Vendor, Reseller and Analyst accounts, require a work email address that you confirm through a link we send to it.
  • Administrator access is granted by 0-Doubt. It is not something you can claim for yourself.

3. The four account types

Every account is one of four types. Each type has its own pages and its own limits, enforced on our servers.

  • Buyer. Evaluates products for an organization: builds shortlists, criteria, RFPs and scores, and may reveal their company to specific vendors. Buyers who want to reveal, or to publish a review, must confirm their work email domain.
  • Vendor. Claims and maintains the profile of a security vendor listed on the Service. A vendor representative may edit only the fields they are permitted to edit. Vendor admins manage their company's team.
  • Reseller or partner. Manages coverage of products they resell or implement, and referrals they receive from buyers.
  • Analyst. Publishes analyst coverage and analyst-verified content for categories they have been authorized to cover. Authorization is checked per category, and an analyst cannot edit categories outside it.

4. Neutrality

Recommendations, rankings and comparisons on the Service are not for sale. No payment, subscription or partnership buys a higher position, a better label or a more favorable comparison. Our full set of rules and the checks behind them are published at the neutrality ledger. Vendors and resellers may not offer or pay for changes to ranking, scoring or labels.

5. Content from vendors and others, and how it is labeled

Much of the information on the Service comes from vendors, from buyers, from analysts and resellers, and from public sources that we gather and check. Every claim is labeled by where it came from:

  • AI-generated from public sources: produced by automated tools from public vendor materials, and not yet confirmed by the vendor or an independent analyst.
  • Vendor self-reported: stated by the vendor, about itself.
  • Aggregated from buyers: counts or opinions gathered from buyers, without their identities.
  • Your organization's own criteria: the criteria a buyer wrote for its own evaluation. Visible only to that buyer.
  • Reseller-contributed: information a reseller or partner has provided.
  • Analyst-verified: confirmed by an authorized analyst for the category concerned.

A label tells you where a claim came from and how independently it was checked. It is not a statement that a product is secure, that a vendor is trustworthy, or that a claim is true. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit and for having the rights to publish it. We may correct, label or remove content that is inaccurate, that we cannot source, or that breaks these terms.

6. Accuracy of the catalog: no warranty

We work to keep the catalog accurate and current, but the information on the Service is compiled from public sources, vendor submissions, third-party registries and automated checks, and some of it will be wrong or out of date. We do not warrant that the catalog, any profile, label, score, signal or comparison is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Where we say a certification is confirmed in a public registry, that statement is limited to what the registry showed when we checked. An absence of information is not evidence that a vendor lacks a control or certification.

The Service does not give security, legal, procurement or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own evaluation and decisions, and you should verify material facts with the vendor and with primary sources before you rely on them.

7. AI-generated content

Some profile content and research output is produced with automated AI tools. We label that content as AI-generated. AI output can contain mistakes or omissions. Do not rely on it alone for a decision, and do not present it as a statement by a vendor or analyst unless the label shows that it has been confirmed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, when you post or upload content;
  • submit false information, fake reviews, fake feedback or fake credentials, or manipulate votes, ratings or comparisons;
  • claim to be a vendor, analyst, reseller or person you are not, or to act for a company you do not represent;
  • try to identify a buyer who has not revealed their company to you, or to re-identify people from aggregated data;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest the Service, or use automated means to collect content, except through our published API under its terms, and never in a way that ignores rate limits or access controls;
  • bypass sign-in, permissions, rate limits, the questionnaire free-preview limits, or any other control;
  • resell, redistribute or create a data product from catalog content, exports or aggregated data, except as we allow in writing;
  • send spam, probe or attack the Service, introduce malware, or interfere with other users; or
  • share your account or let anyone else sign in with your credentials.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including documents you upload. You give 0-Doubt a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process and display that content as needed to operate the Service, and to show it to the people you choose: your team, the vendors you reveal to, or anyone you publish to. Buyer documents stay private unless you share them. You can ask us to remove content you have submitted; we will do so subject to records we must keep under our Privacy Policy and to other users' rights in content they have already relied on.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation to you.

10. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, text we write, and the selection and arrangement of the catalog are owned by 0-Doubt or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as these terms allow. Nothing else is licensed to you.

11. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that identifies the work, the content, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information in your notice is accurate. We respond to valid notices and may remove the content.

12. Third-party sites and sign-in providers

The Service links to third-party sites and lets you sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Public sources we gather from, such as vendor websites, remain the property of their owners.

13. Fees

The Service is free to use during its launch period, and there are no fees for accounts, features or the catalog. If we introduce fees later, we will tell you in advance, and no fee will apply to a feature before you have had notice of it. Fees will never change how content is ranked or labeled.

14. Suspension and ending your account

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing deactivates the account, and some records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy. Certain roles must be handed over before the account can be closed, such as the last platform administrator or the last vendor administrator of a company, so the company does not lose access to its profile.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect the Service or other users, or if the law requires it. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Sections 5 through 7, 9 through 11, and 15 through 18 continue to apply after your account ends.

15. Use at your own risk; no support

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. Section 6 applies in addition to this section.

0-Doubt provides no support for the Service. We have no obligation to answer questions, fix errors, provide updates, keep any feature or content available, or keep the Service running at all, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. Any help we choose to give is a courtesy, does not create an obligation to give more, and carries the same disclaimers.

16. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0-Doubt and its owners, staff and contributors are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to the Service, its content, or any decision you make using it, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive, and including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, under any theory of liability, even if we were told such loss was possible. If, despite this, any liability cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, it is limited to the smallest amount that law allows. Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it.

17. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify 0-Doubt against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from content you submit, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and 0-Doubt agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before starting a claim, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will tell registered users by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, close your account.

20. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 0-Doubt about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
